TATE GALLERY

Olafur Eliasson at Tate Modern

In Eliasson’s captivating installations you become aware of your senses, people around you and the world beyond.

I’ve worked with Tate Gallery on the films promoting the major exhibition of the artist at Tate Modern. I worked on social content but also commercials played at the cinemas, TV and public transport campaigns.

Catherine Yass – Finding Photography

Catherine Yass is a British artist that is best known for her distinctive photographic and film-based work.

I had a chance to work on a documentary for Tate about Catherine’s collaboration with photographic specialists that the photographer depends upon in order to produce their work.

Tony Conrad – Keeping An Artwork Alive

A documentary about a legendary avant-garde video artist, filmmaker, musician, sound artist, teacher, and writer Tony Conrad is released online. The film focuses on how to preserve and re-stage composer’s Ten Years Alive on the Infinite Plain, a performance artwork comprising of 16mm film, projectors and several musical instruments.

The film also features American composer and multi-instrumentalist Rhys Chatham.

Directed by Aya Kaido, produced by Vanessa Peterson, shot by Will Wilkinson and edited by me.

Portraying a Nation: Germany 1919-1933

Art historian Kate Bryan explores the misery and glamour of Weimar Germany – a pivotal point in German history – through the eyes of artists Otto Dix and August Sander. Both artists were concerned with representing the extremes of society; from the flourishing cabaret scene to extreme poverty and the rise of Nazism.
